Ja reeglina on väikestel  viljadel  tugevam maitse, mistõttu suuri ei soovitaks. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Vorm  peab olema kitsas ja sügav – mida suurem aurustumispind, seda kuivem  kook tuleb  (mida nentisin ka Tallinnas, kus on mul selle koogi jaoks liiga lai ja  mitte  piisavalt sügav vorm).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Pane rosinad koos rummiga väiksesse  potti ning    tulele, kuniks rumm keema hakkab. Eemalda tulelt, kata kinni ning jäta     vähemalt tunniks seisma. &lt;/span&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Sulata 125g võid väikeses potis  tasasel    tulel. &lt;/span&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Pane ahi sooja 170 kraadi peale.&lt;/span&gt;     &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Sega küpsetuspulber, sooda ja  sool hoolikalt    jahusse. &lt;/span&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Võta suur kauss, vala sinna  sulavõi ning lisa    suhkur. Klopi põhjalikult.&lt;/span&gt;    &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Lisa ükshaaval munad, vahepeal  kloppides.&lt;/span&gt;    &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Lisa banaanid (need tuleb  eelnevalt koorida ning    eraldi kausis kahvli vms riistaga pudruks vajutada).&lt;/span&gt;    &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Seejärel sega sisse hakitud  pähklid, sultanad, mis    on vahepeal rummi sisse imenud (ülejääk tuleb ära valada) ning    vaniljeekstrakt.&lt;/span&gt;    &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Väikeste osade kaupa lisa  jahusegu, muudkui aga    segades.&lt;/span&gt;    &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Vahepeal hõõru leivavorm võiga  kokku ning raputa    ühtlaselt jahuga üle.&lt;/span&gt;    &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Vala taigen ettevaatlikult vormi  ning loksuta    ühtlaseks. Ahi peaks selleks hetkeks ca 15min küdenud olema.&lt;/span&gt;    &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Küpseta ahju keskmisel riiulil  umbes 1 tund (kuid    mitte rohkem kui 1 1/4 tundi). &lt;/span&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Umbes poole tunni pealt võiks  temperatuuri pisut    alandada, aga see oleneb juba ahjust. Rulli tainas kergelt jahusel laual laiali. Lõika tainast terava noa või tainakettaga 4 x 4 cm suurused tükid ja aseta küpsetuspaberiga kaetud ahjuplaadile. Sega omavahel tuunikalakonserv, hakitud päikesekuivatatud tomatid, toor- ja parmesani juust, kuubikuteks lõigatud mozzarella juust ja basiilik. Tõsta segu teelusikaga tainaruutudele. Pintselda üle lahtiklopitud munaga. Küpseta 10 minutit. Vahele võib veel raputada pulbrit, samuti pähkleid. Nõdnaviisi mitu kihti. Jahtunud besee keerata ettevaatlikult teistpidi uuele küpsetuspaberile (üsna keeruline protsess). Määrida vahukoor beseele. Sinna riputada rikkalikult vaarikaid. Suru 3/4 tainast koogivormi põhja. Koori, puhasta ja viiluta õhukeselt õunad, sega suhkru ja kaneeliga. Laota tainale ja puista peale ülejäänud 1/4 tainast. Küpseta ahjus 200 kraadi juures 25-30 minutit. Poolita tomatid ja laota lõikepool üleval küpsetuspaberiga kaetud ahjuplaadile. Nirista üle oliiviõliga, puista peale basiilikut ja jahvata peale soola ning pipart. Puista üleriivsaia ja Parmesaniga. Gratineeri tomateid ahjus 20 minutit. Samal ajal keeda pasta peaaegu pehmeks, vala enamus vett ära (säilita 1dl keeduvett). Sega pasta tomatitega (kui pasta tundub kuiv lisa keeduvett). Seejärel sega omavahel mõlemad massid, lisa hakitud värsket peterselli ja vala muretainale. Küpstea ahjus 200 kraadi juures 20-30 minutit.
